Contact Information listed below All parents of North Schuylkill High School athletes involved in Cross Country are invited to join the Cross Country boosters. There are no papers to sign, a fee of one dollar per year. For this fee you are allowed to vote on items at our meetings. It's FREE Just come to our monthly meeting and have fun with other team parents. We ask all parents to please get involved with the Spartan Cross Country Booter Club you will have a GREAT TIME!!! From the Constitution and By-Laws… This club has been organized to promote the cross country team of North Schuylkill High School District XI. It shall in no way interfere with the operations of the teams, exert any type of pressure on the athletic director or coaches, and will abide by all the rules and regulations of the S.I.A.L., North Schuylkill High School and The Spartan Cross Country Boosters Club of North Schuylkill High School District XI.
